Agreement overview

By using Carvo, you agree to these terms regarding voice processing, multilingual AI translation, and safe use while driving. Carvo helps foreign drivers on Chinese OEM head units speak in English, Spanish, and other languages and receive Chinese in-car voice commands.

Driving safety

Hands-free usage. Carvo is designed primarily for voice interaction while driving.
Driver responsibility. You remain fully responsible for safe vehicle operation at all times.
AI accuracy. Voice translation and vehicle command recognition may occasionally be inaccurate.

Privacy & voice data

Voice requests may be processed on your device or, with an active subscription, by cloud AI providers for translation and command generation. Carvo does not sell personal voice recordings to advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscription & billing

Cloud-enhanced ASR, machine translation, and LLM features require a Carvo Pro subscription. Billing is handled on our website through PayPal (USD). Offline voice features remain available without a subscription. Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period (monthly or yearly); renew by purchasing again before expiry.

Global availability

Certain AI services or voice providers may vary by country, network conditions, and local regulations. Carvo is intended for drivers using foreign speech on Chinese-market vehicle head units.
